Just released: The iRacing 2022 Season 2 schedule! The new build for this season features a ton of new content, so drivers have been itching to see where they will be racing for the next 12 weeks.

New Cars for 2022 Season 2
iRacing 2022 Season 2 brings us six new cars to race:

We also get two new tracks:

In addition to the new cars and tracks, several cars and tracks have been added to AI:
- Aston Martin Vantage GT4
- Hyundai Veloster N TC
- Mercedes-AMG F1 W12 E Performance
- Autodromo Nazionale Monza – Grand Prix
- Circuit of the Americas – Grand Prix
- Circuit Gilles Villeneuve
- Silverstone Circuit – Grand Prix
- Suzuka International Racing Course – Grand Prix
- Winton Motor Raceway
Most of the new cars in this build come with the NDM (new damage model) enabled. The two cars that don’t get the NDM: Stock Car Pro Series Toyota Corolla and Stock Car Pro Series Chevrolet Cruze.
What’s Missing From This Build?
There are two notable things missing from 2022 Season 2: Rain and the new Atlanta Motor Speedway.
iRacing has been showing off screenshots of their upcoming rain system recently. As a result, many people assumed it would be coming in this build. We will have to hold off on the rain for now, because it is not in this build.
The real life NASCAR drivers will be making their way down to Atlanta to race on the freshly reconfigured Atlanta Motor Speedway this season, but iRacing drivers will have to wait a bit longer. The new Atlanta did not make it into this build.
